In any case that requires assistance, you call our global rescue call center International SOS: (84-28)38240595.
International SOS can assist you in the following cases:
- Global medical support: medical consultation by phone, referral of medical services, collection of medical examination boss, hospitalization, ...
- Global travel assistance: provide travel information, recommend translation, assist in finding lost luggage, ...
In case of inpatient treatment overseas: When you contact to request assistance, International SOS will take care of the hospitalization procedure and will guarantee the cost of inpatient treatment for you.
In case of outpatient treatment in foreign countries: You must pay the treatment cost in advance, then when you return to Vietnam, you will request CVI to pay compensation. In this case you can contact International SOS for assistance in finding the right medical facility and physician, to be instructed to collect a complete claim record.

Claim when you return to Vietnam
In addition to inpatient care overseas covered by International SOS, in other cases, you must collect documents and request CVI to pay insurance indemnity in Vietnam. Male (after returning from travel).
When you return to Vietnam and need to make insurance payment procedures, please call CVI's 24/7 customer support call center: 1900 9456 for instructions. procedure.
International travel insurance claim documents include:
- Financial documents (original required) include: Receipt of collection, financial invoice (for example: invoice for drug purchase, invoice for testing, scan, ...); li>
- Certificate of total, permanent injury;
- Death certificate (in case of death);
- Certifications of loss of personal baggage, delay of baggage, trip, ...
Note: when there are problems during your trip, you should contact with International SOS for advice on procedures as well as documents for when returning to Vietnam can be handled quickly and simply by CVI. The form of overseas documents must comply with the regulations of the host country.
Handling compensation of CVI
Within 15 working days from the date you provide complete application for insurance payment, CVI will send you a notice on the compensation settlement plan. If you accept the compensation plan, CVI will process the compensation payment.
