CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE OF AUTOMOTIVE CIVIL
Object insurance
- Motor vehicle owner joins in traffic in the territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Coverage
CVI on behalf of the vehicle owner compensates for the loss of life and property to a third party (the second party has suffered damage caused by the owner's vehicle). CVI will indemnify Insured or Insured’s driver in the event of accident resulting from or arising out of the use of the Vehicle for the amount which Insured or Insured’s driver are legally liable to pay (Including claimants' costs and expenses) for:
- a) Death or bodily injury to third parties
- b) Damages to third parties property
- c) Legal costs for defence of any charge including the charge of causing death (other than murder) if our prior written agreement had been secured
Provided Insured’s driver also implies with all the Terms and Conditions of the Policy that Insured are subject to.
Insurance benefits
CVI will, on behalf of the owner of the vehicle, indemnify a third party for human and property damage, to the passenger of human damages up to the following:

• For people: up to USD 10,000.00 / person / accident. Specifically:
- In terms of assets: according to actual losses, up to USD 10,000.00 / accident.
