1. Notice of loss
When there is a loss of property to your home and / or assets, please notify CVI immediately via the 24/7 customer service number : 0975 911 911.
2. Claim file
A claim for private home insurance includes:
- A loss or damage property claim that lists as much detail as possible all the lost or damaged items and the amount of the loss based on the value of the property at when the loss occurred.
- Insurance certificate (copy).
- Details of other insurance policies (if applicable).
3. Compensation settlement of CVI
Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid claim and 30 (thirty) days in the event that verification must be conducted, CVI will make compensation to Customers.
In case of refusing compensation, CVI will notify you in writing of the reasons for refusal within 30 (thirty) days after receiving a complete and valid application.
