1. Notice of accident
When an accident occurs causing loss of life and property to a third party, please notify CVI immediately via the 24/7 customer service hotline: 0975 911 911.
In all cases after an accident, please contact the police for accident handling procedures.
2. Claim file
A claim to pay for motorbike civil liability insurance includes:
- Notice of accident and claim (Appendix 7)
- Document relating to vehicle, driver (vehicle registration, driver's license, identity card or driver's passport or other identification, insurance certificate); li >
- Documents proving human damage (Certificate of injury, Certificate of discharge, Certificate of surgery, Record of medical records, Certificate of death in case of death);
- Proof of property damage (Valid invoices and documents for property repair at facility designated by the insurance company or with CVI's approval, Proof of expenses reasonable necessary to minimize the loss or act as CVI's instructions);
- Copies of documents of the competent authority about the accident (Record of scene examination, Record of scene, record of accident investigation, Notice of preliminary results of the initial investigation about the accident, Other related documents (if any), ...).
3. Compensation settlement of CVI
Within 05 (five) days from the date of the accident (except for force majeure), you must send a written notice according to Form of Accident Notice and Claim Form (Appendix 7) for CVI.
Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of a complete claim file is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and 30 (thirty) days in the case of a verification of the record, BIC will proceed. compensate you.
In case of refusal of compensation, CVI will notify you in writing of the reasons for refusal within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of valid documents.
